The elderly and individuals with mental illness and disabilities may need services that help them and their care providers live independently with ease. They are given services such as:
- Grocery Delivery Services – older adults, the handicapped, and the ill may have a hard time buying their own groceries. To spare them from this challenging necessity, they can place their grocery needs online or through phone, and we would have it delivered to them.
- Meal Programs – most elderly, ill, and developmentally disabled individuals may have special diet and nutritional needs. Instead of solely having their family members prepare an exclusive meal for them, we could make and deliver their food for them. This way, the handicapped individual gets the provisions they need while the family carries on with other matters in their days.
- Light Housekeeping and Laundry – for individuals with less independence, it is difficult to perform simple household chores. In lieu of them or their family members doing the daily tasks for them, we provide the assistance.
- Transportation Services – you may need to go to a doctor’s appointment or other necessary engagements, and we can provide you assistance in going to and fro your abode and destination.
- Medical Alert Systems – anything can suddenly happen in an elderly, ailing, or handicapped person’s self or home. In case of emergencies, alert systems can be installed and used to notify the right people and come for aid.
You can certainly retain your independent-living with a little assistance from your own community. This way, you do not have to completely rely on your family or require a round the clock care provider. You just get the services when you need them.
